About Relief House
Built and packed in the Western Cape.
Most back and neck pain in this country isn't an injury. It's a desk.
Nine hours sitting still, shoulders creeping up, and by evening there's that tight band across your back that won't shift. Painkillers last an hour. A better chair costs thousands and changes almost nothing. Physio works, but not at what a session costs.
So the tension stays, and the evening's written off before it starts.
Relief House exists for that. Ten minutes on the floor, and your back lets go.
Why the spikes work
They look worse than they are. Each disc has dozens of small points, and the mat has hundreds of discs — your weight spreads across thousands of contact points, so no single one is sharp. First thirty seconds are intense. After that it's deep, not painful. The marks fade in about half an hour.
